    Sundara Villa is defined as much by its spatial layout as by its location.

    Rather than a single central living area, the villa is composed of multiple interconnected spaces, each offering a different atmosphere and purpose. This design allows guests to move naturally between areas, using the villa intuitively throughout the day.

    The interiors are intentionally minimalist in their furnishing. This is a deliberate choice – keeping the spaces uncluttered allows them to be easily adapted for different uses, from relaxation and socialising to yoga sessions, workshops, or focused work.

    Two pools provide distinctly different experiences. The upper pool sits high on the property and is often used during golden hour, offering expansive views and memorable sunsets. It naturally becomes a gathering point in the evenings.

    The lower pool feels more grounded and lagoon-like. Shaded, cooler, and closer to the surrounding greenery, it is often preferred during the day for relaxation, quiet time, orrecovery between activities.

    Together, these spaces allow the villa to feel dynamic and layered, without ever feeling busy or overwhelming.

    Throughout the property, there are multiple areas suitable for different activities – open-air spaces for yoga or group sessions, shaded terraces for conversation or meals, and quieter corners for rest, reflection, or individual work.

    This variety is what makes Sundara particularly well suited for longer stays and group use.
